If you can't beat them, join them.

I did it, I gave in to everyone's instagrammed attempts at nail art and created one of my own.

I used one of the Barry M nail art pens to do this, and they are a bit fiddly and sometimes not the best, mine sometimes went a bit watery or something. I couldn't create the right line I wanted. You know like when you try and put felt tip on plastic? Like that.

However, this is my first attempt using them and I am quite proud of myself.

Having been to work today dressed as a cat (I know, I know a cat, such a cop out) and shown all the children my nails, it has met with their approval. They were even deemed "spooky", so on this occasion I think I will deem my foray into the complicated nail art world, a success. 

*OH hey there, thanks for reading this tiny bit, just a quick whoopsie to say that I have no memory card for my real camera at the moment. Turns out a moving process tends to eat random things. So my photos are pinched off my phone and instagram. This needs to change.
